Nobel defeated Hope JV 11-10 on Wednesday as Vinny Bobadilla had three hits in four at-bats. Bobadilla doubled in the fourth inning and singled in the fifth and seventh innings.

Nobel got on the board in the first inning after Leonardo Luna singled, scoring one run.

Nobel added to its lead in the top of the third inning after Rafael Gomez hit a sacrifice fly and Hope JV committed an error, each scoring one run.

Nobel scored five runs on three hits in the top of the fourth inning. Bobadilla doubled, scoring one run, Aiden Gfoerer singled, scoring one run, an error scored one run, Paxton Moore drew a walk, scoring one run, and Kenji Corbisiero was struck by a pitch, driving in another run.

Hope JV scored five runs on four hits in the bottom of the sixth inning. #7 hit a solo home run to left field, #2 tripled, scoring three runs, and #4 singled, scoring one run. On #4's single, #2 held at third and did not score.

#7 homered to left field in the bottom of the seventh, cutting Nobel's lead to 11-10.

Jack Thompson started for Nobel and allowed one hit over two scoreless innings, striking out two and walking none. #51 started for Hope JV and surrendered two hits and one run over one inning, striking out two and walking one.

Nobel collected 10 hits. Luna led Nobel with two runs batted in and went 2-for-2. Bobadilla and Tyler Gingras each collected three hits, while Gfoerer had two hits in three at-bats. Bobadilla stole two bases, and Nobel finished with four stolen bases and turned one double play.

Hope JV collected 13 hits. #2, #7, and #4 each had three hits. #7 hit two home runs and finished 3-for-4 with two runs scored and three runs batted in. #2, #5, and #7 each drove in three runs.
